Shipping Policy

We deliver products using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 5-7 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 5 and 7 business days depending on your location. Please note: During lockdown, postal service delays are outside of our control.

Michael Wolff Hair and Beauty ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website. Please contact us  using this form or phone +61 2 9361 4344 to enquire about a special order.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Australian Domestic Shipping flat rate

We offer $20 AUD  flat rate shipping with Australia Post in Australia.

Click and Collect – In-store pickup

Shop opening hours: Currently open for click and collect by appointment only.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from Michael Wolff Salon. 35 Orwell Street, Potts Point NSW 2011 by appointment only. Please request click and collect when making your purchase from the shopping cart.

International Shipping

Please contact us for international shipping as shipping to countries outside of Australia is limited.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Michael Wolff Hair and Beauty is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
